Jean Hedberg’s interests included horses, east Asian cultures and philosophy, Henry James and the entire James family, and mystery fiction. Writing was an integral part of her life, and Something Fishy in the House of Aquarius is her most ambitious work. Jean was preparing to teach a university course on horses in literature when she passed away in 2015 at the age of 86.
